I see you are looking to learn the 16F84 which is obsoleted products form Microchip and try to learn 16F628 which is the same and more function available for development,

you need a software and a programmer and a suitable PIC Integrated Circuit.. try Google .. there are lot of free sources and documents...

If Assembly is hard for u try to learn PIC BASIC. Its easy but stupid.

Macha 16F84A is obsolete now. But even if it is obsolete that PIC is very good starting point. Onece u know it other PICs r also not a problem.

Machan i download PIC16F84A Data Sheet. And Study it. Specially its instruction set

Sorry to say but that tutorial is super crap.

Just download 16F84 Data Sheet and read it but dont use A to Z method.

Machan in EXPOGRAPHiC book shop they hv some PIC books.
