If u have Win RAR installed in your pc, then simply double click the downloaded File!
It'll open and there u will see a setup file!
Double click on it!!
It will Extract and start to work....

Click on it and Download the file!!

After the Download Finish , Download this too ( Only If you dont have WinRAR to extract the files)

When you have finished; Install the Extracting Software ( The 1 I provided above)

When done; Go to the Above downloaded MS OFFICE 2003 Portable file and double click on it
