I bought a nokia phone 1 week ago and today morning i found that my phone is not working. I took it to the nokia care center and they told me that the phone software is dead and told me to go to the place i purchased since my phone is covered by the warranty.
If my phone software is really dead, can i ask them for a new phone as a replacement or should i allow them to reinstall the software?
