dialog eke "Fair Usage Policy" eka paadui. Lankabell eke FUP ekak ne. connection fee eka 10000 k wenawa. slt eka beri unot Lankabell giot hondai wage neda?

dialog doesnt have the FUP anymore. I'm using Dialog Wimax home net plus package and has already downloaded over 10 gigs worth data. No bandwidth throttling so far.

For both Dialog wimax and lankabell wimax (for all wimaxes) your house should be within the coverage area from the tower and the tower should be visible without anything blocking the way like a mountain or lots of buildings.
This is because wimax requires "line of site" between the base and client antenna
