I think Hutch prepaid is cheap and best internet if you combine multiple packages of hutch Daytime blaster , Day and Night and Ghost internet. Because it does not have taxes to pay in addition to internet charges. Hutch has superb popup to see data usage in http connections.
Lankabell is too slow they can't give speeds in Colombo district.1mb unlimited is good for download if you want to download 175mb per month.But you cannot watch movies more than 320p in youtube unless you download with IDM.
Dialog is cheaper and faster to combine Dialog Internet with multiple billing cycles their billing cycles are on 11th, 21st, and 30th 31st i think. So you will have fastest internet in Sri Lanka you get minimum of 20mb line and boosts upto 40mb line. Dialog is fastest in Sri Lanka.It is obvious it is better to get multiple lines of 1400rs packages so you can get data more cheaply plus with multiple lines you can assure that if you finished data quickly in the month in one line you can use other line with billing cycle you can get be assured that you will not have any problems.Dialog has superb upload speed for CCTV cameras.Only problem with dialog 4G LTE you cannot use potable router. If you have prepaid sim then you can use portable but the package cost is higher and is basically mobile broadband 3g price.
Slt internet only ADSL is fast but at times much worse than their LTE connections speed. Even though they advertise 16mb Adsl Line it is not so all the time. But if you finish up data package their 64k is faster than dialog 64k.They do not have billing cycle as far as I know so you cannot combine multiple lines with billing cycles unless you combine it with Dialog. Slt give more data for their 1490rs packages than Dialog about 5gb more for day time and 5gb more at night time.
