Plzzzzzzz Help!!!!Vista Problem!!!!!

hey guys
i have a file in c\ progarme file
it is download maneger...after i uninstalled the programe the folder is still there ....
and its empty!!!!!
but i cant delete it...
it says its no longer available.....verify the location and try again!!!!!

i installed vista today!!!!!
i have restarted few times but it still tere!!!!

ur kindly attantion on my problem is highly apreciate!!!!!!!!

Open command prompt as Admin, and use the del command. Refer to del /? for the help if you require any. Tell us how it goes...
