Fresh milk retail price in Newzeland is around 3.56NZ$,equals to 402 SLR.
Need around 8.5 litres of fresh milk to produce 1Kg of powdered milk.If they use only fresh milk to produce milk powder 1kg of Anchor at the factory level should be 3412 SLR.What about the production cost,transport to Sri Lanka,Advertising cost and Bribes to top officials including SLSI......How they sell 1kg of Anchor at 800 SLR retail price?
If anyone knows the logic here please explain.
(Price of Palm oil and Nitrogen substitutes are very cheap though)
