through port forwading u can do your torrent download in a seperate port. but this can be only done in routers.

It's depends on your torrent client software and download manager.
Eg. Port 6680 for Bitorrent.

You have to Open these ports and forward it to the IP address of your PC. (PC must have an static IP).
