Port Forwarding Help !!!!

Hey guys can anyone of you help me increase my download speed by letting me know how I can open ports in my U.S. Robotics Router.......

I think this is where i should enter the details but it's a bit confusing...

Dude. . . Select ur router model from that page. . . then it's step by step instructions on how to go. . . And i can't tell u wat 2 enter on dat page without knowing what port to forward. . .
