so far what have you done ?
Did you fix the local IP ? Did you forward the correct utorrnet port in your router for that fixed IP ? Allow utorrent through KIS ?

can u tell me how to fix the IP?

In Vista : go to Network and sharing center > Manage network connections > Select local area connection (if you have a wired connection) or Wireless network connection (for a wireless network adapter) > Properties > Internet protocol version 4 > Properties > Use the following IP address.
In that you have to give an IP address in the range of your router's subnet.

To find out the current subnet ip range type ipconfig at the command prompt. Then you will see something like this :

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.11.2
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.11.1

you can either set the already given IP, for the above example : 192.168.11.2 or anything between 192.168.11.2 and 192.168.11.254.
For Subnet mask and default gateway give the numbers you see in your ipconfig result.

Yes, same for XP, go to Control Panel > Network connections > Local Area connection > properties
