can i know what are the best and cheapest post graduate diploma programmes in IT/computer science/software engineering in sri lanka currently? i found out that peradeniya and moratuwa has some programmes. and there is the PGD of BCS available in private institutes too.. i need to know which once are the best and which are the cheapest
