Now you guys/girls leaving due to one person not treating you correct.

So that means you guys really need his/her care and you guys find him/her very respectable and you guys obey him/her as your ruler and leave because you missed it. So then its fine if you think like that.

Anyway if its not the case then anyone can come and tell their problems directly and i can solve them. I am not sure why you people so scared about it and keep silent. Anyway its up to you to decide should i tell my problem directly and solve it or i will leave respecting some other person who i find so big. So its up to you.

Well its something which should come from members. Anyway when someone do that just say you took the old thread up and show him/her that he/she did some lame thing without checking. I can't stop it because there are many reasons to take old threads up under some circumstances.
