memory 1800 to 1900
prev bandwidth 57.6 now 60.8

Dont overclock if you have a 8800gt or 3850/3870 because most current games can be played high settings with these cards unless you use a very high resolution higher than 1280*1024.
Over clock when it is not sufficent.
power useage increased,think about the electricity bill.I overclocked my eariler vga 7600gs to highest setting to play mass effect.
400 core to 500 and memery 800 to 900.
But from that also card was not capable of produceing high settings 1076*768 res.Now i use a 3850 (default speeds)could play mass effect 1280*1024 high settings with out a hitch.

Some people are very sensitive to frame rates. One might be OK with 25 FPS, but another one might need 40+ to avoid headaches.

i have the i7 920. the temperatuer with default clock speed is high. it goes beyond 80C as well... dont know why. im going to put some good thermal paste and try it agian. if it doesnt work, i'm gonna buy the IFX-14 cooler with 2 fans.
