My First PC

it was 1994, see spec below;

486 SX 33Mhz (epson branded)
14" vga monitor (epson branded)
1.44 floppy drive
4MB RAM (wow it's 4MB compared to my friends who had only 1MB)
ISA VGA card (can't remember the vga ram)
no hard drive (it's optional, had to use a bootable floppy to boot the pc)
no cd-rom (very expensive, couldn't afford)
no mouse (did not need one as it was dos operating system)
no sound (only the pc speaker)
keyboard
operating system was ms-dos 6.20 on floppy drive (upgraded later to 6.22)
cost Rs.1,05,000

after 1.5years i have upgraded the pc to following;
added mouse Rs. 600 (what an experience, no need to type commands again, clicking, double clicking, draging, dropping amazing man...)
540MB Hard Drive Rs. 14,500 (what a happy chap i was)
Installed windows 95 (as i remember from 23 floppies)
still no cd-rom
still no sound card

heard rumors about intel going to release a chip called "penitium" which is very good for playing games.
