I've seen that many/some people ask for a help with a title like this,
"Help Me"
"Need a big Help"
"Can u do this for me?"
"Ane Loku Udawwak"
"Plz help"

,

But if there was a meaningful title which describes what u really need, someone would help u soon.
eg:
"Need B Positive Blood"
"a PHP help!!"
"Need <song-name> of <artist's-name>"
"Need a GF"
"What's port forward?"
"A/L Chemistry E-Books"
"Win7 Error"
