just press print screen button on ur keyboard and use pain or photoshop to get the screenshot from the clipboard

and browse ur image. enter some email address(Does not have to be valid) and click upload.

When the image is uploaded it will give a set of link. copy paste the text in the Hot link for Forums in EK post editor.
