    ටෙලිකොම් ආයතනය විසින් ස්ථාවර මාසික ගාස්තු යටතේ පවත්වාගෙන යනු ලබන ගෘහස්ථ අසිමාන්තික (Home-Unlimited) අන්තර්ජාල ග%හකයෙකු වන අතර මා විසින් 2011.04.09 දින ටෙලිකොම් ආයතනය වෙතට (T.P. 1243) මාගේ අන්තර්ජාල සම්බන්ධතාවයේ වේගය පහල යාම හා සම්බන්ධව පැමිනිලි කල අතර (Ref. No- 9125615) පැය 24ක් යනතුරු අදාල පැමිණිල්ල සම්බන්ධව කිසිදු ප%තිචාරයක් නොවු අතර 2011.04.10 දින සවස 1243 අංකය වෙතට ඇමතිමෙදි මාවෙත දැනුම්දුන් පරිදි ගෘහස්ථ අසිමාන්තික පැකේජය සඳහා SLT ආයතනය විසින් සාධාරණ භාවිතය සම්බන්ධ ප%තිපත්තියක් (FUP) අනුගමනය කරනු ලබන බැවින් මාගේ වේග සිමාවන් පහත දමා ඇතිබව ප%කාශ කරන ලදි.
    මේ අනුව මා විසින්2011.04.11 දින රත්මලාන කළමණාකාරතුමිය හමුවු අතර ඇය විසින් මා වෙත ප%කාශ කරන ලද්දේ ඉහත හේතුවම වන අතර මා වෙත නැවත පෙර පැවති සාමානH වේගය ලබාගැනිමට අවශH නම් ඉහල මාසික ගාස්තුවකින් යුතු පැකේජයක් වෙතට මාරුවන ලෙස ප%කාශ කරනු ලැබු අතර මා විසින් අදාල වේග සිමා කිරිමට අදාල නියෝගය හෝ පරිභොගිකයින් විසින් අත්සන් කරනු ලබන සේවා කොන්දෙසි පත%ය තුල හෝ එවැනි කරුණක් අන්තර්ගත නොවන බව පෙන්වාදෙනු ලැබු අතර එ අනුව SLT ආයතනය විසින් සිතාමතාම පාරිභොගිකයින් ඉහල මාසික ගාස්තු සහිත පැකේජයන් වලට පෙලඹවිම හා නව පාරිභොගිකයින් රැවට්මට කටයුතු කිරිම පාර්භොගික පනත යටතේ නිතිය උල්ලංඝණය කරමින් අනිසි බලපැමකට පාර්භොගිකයින් යටත් කිරිමක් වන අතර මා විසින් ඉහල පැකේජයකට මාරුවිම ප%තික්ෂේප කිරිම තුල තවමත් මාගේ වේග සිමාවන් පහල මට්ටමක පවත්වාගෙන යන අතර කරුණාකර මේ පිළිබඳව ඔබගේ අවධානය යොමු කරන මෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටිමි.

    there is no point of ristictions ..SLT has to improve their tecnology..

    It is not right to bringing barriars to infromation flow.. infromation is the most imorTENT THING IN THE WORLD..

    I swear if that shit happend to me.:cool:. i will leave SLT for sure.. if i don't hv other option but i never stay with SLT if they r limited our usage.. This is totally unfair and iliegal thing. they can't say school children using ADSL so that is the reason they r limit the usage.. that's a fake and not true.. they r not maintaining their system and trying to cover their heads under the childrens underware.. We got Unlimited for Unlimited usage.. how they limit it? and they didn't even said it before! still now not confirm! in our home 3 persons everyday using adsl.. so usage is can't be limit.. @ we r paying more than unlimited connection.. so unfair. what kind of country this is.. the world worst speed they r giving to us. @ their service is like hell! .... they don't know how to do bussiness .. .:growl:

    Mama nam 3.5G dongles okkoma use kara.... eath ekak wath SLT ADSL tharam Stable nee,,, dawasak mage connection eka nathi wela 1243 call kalama pahuwadama eagollo line eka restore kala, gedarata awith. Mama dan 3 years ma kisi aulak nathuwa SLT ADSL use karanawa. Speed eka GSM network(3.5G) walata wadiya godak hodai.... TRC speed test ekenuth stable tiyenne SLT.
