Before buying a PSU its better to know the VGA you are using. Based on the VGA the PSU will change.

For VGA such as GTS450/1gB, GTX550 ti /1GB 450W PSU is more than sufficient. If you have GTX460/1gb then you can go for 500W PSU.

These power supplies should be of continuous power and not peak power like Cooler master 450.
