Godak pharmacy wala ayata kiyawaganna ba meka...

Probeta N nasal drop 2 drops 3 times a day to be instilled into nostrils for 2 weeks.
Cetrizine 10 mg one tablet at night for one week.
Azilide 250 mg one tablet twice a day for 4 days.
Nexpro 20 mg one capsule twice a day for 5 days.
Mosid 5 mg one tablet 8 hourly for 5 days.
(last two should be taken 30 min before meals.)

Are you sure you got the correct prescription...?
The first one appears to be Prilosan, another Azilide and Nexpro.
Second one seems to be ending with some oxide - probably related to Al or Mg hydroxide (there are many drugs made in SE Asia & India with fancy names)
Third could be mosid
But the problem is that these are not for Tonsilitis - these are medications for stomach problems. (ulcers, reflux, acidity etc)
Please go back and check.

Update - I haven't seen the other posts when I wrote. The first maybe Probeta N because it's a drop. Quite difficult to decipher. Sumerian cuneiform could have been probably easier.
