It is obvious that
they timed it well with Mahinda's arrival from abroad.
They may have expected.. a grand response.
but didn't happen.
So sorry.

Govt is not happy with the dull response received.
The ministers were elated..
and they may have thoght that people would run to the roadside
and waited for Mahinda.

Sirasa Superstars got a better response.
There were so many people on the road from airport to Colombo
when Arjuna and the Team came after World cup Victory.
This time it could have been 100 fold more.


Even the real gets staled with time.
What would be the fate of unreal.

I told long ago that the dragging war
will dilute the response.
The response they could have received in whole sale
they enjoyed in parts.

It was dragged so long that people lost interest
and now it is impossible to gain the momentum.
They might try some special tactic...

the only thing I dont like with Rajapaksa is his belief of this Jothsya/ horascope blah blah. apart from that. he is the greatest. Give the speach now and start fixing the nation. no waste of time. we have lot of work to do. And the vip ministers must come to ground. with their bulletproof vehicles and the gang of body gards.

does he belive those tribel man made supernatural beiefs? or this is just a joke? There was a time for astrology, but now it's astronomy. and there was a time to magic but now it's physics or science. this is the time for reasoning and we need convincing explanations. we have to remove the masks of all the supernatural horoscope and YANTRA MNNTRA horu in our country. This is a country where people like Profesr Arthur C Cleark , Abrham Kohoor lived.

many people have their own beliefs and we dont have solid evidence to say those either correct or wrong, so let us respect each ones beliefs if those are not harming others!
Though Im personally not believing astrology I dont have evidence to say its false either!
