Don't worry ban, their service is good. Only issue is the shipping is expensive but considering that you can consolidate things I guess it is OK. Once you place the shipping order things reach you within 7 or so working days.

But there's no point if their policy is to charge a fixed 65% as tax, I'd rather use EMS and clear the parcels myself

@Hyaenidae, that is wrong ban, you have the shipping rates, then there is the clearing cost which they will show you. Everthing is based on the HS code and it isn't a flat rate. How do I know this? because I have been bringing down things through them for sometime.

hs codes are there but question is, it's on the hand of the custom officer pick and choose afaik.
my suspicion is this, lets imagine you're buying a Bluetooth headphone and there is a specific hscode for "Bluetooth headphone" which has a lower tax rate that, but there is another hs code for 'headphones' which has a massive tax rate, the custom officer can add the item to that 'headphone' category and ask higher tax, which is not illegal or incorrect right?, cause it's still a headphone.
but if that's not the case, importing won't be a big issue.

I think you can challenge it, they once sent me the detailed documents with the cost before asking whether to clear it behalf of me, Since I am not an expert in duties and anything under 10k isn't worth fighting for I didn't go to check/argue. But I didn't see any issues there machan.

You can ask for the detailed declaration given by their Asycuda or some system. I have emails they sent me.
