Come on man! You buy a latest processor and rest of them are crap? Have you heard about the word called "balance"? For those specs, even a E2140 is overkill!

If you are buying a E8400, you should go with 2GB RAM minimum (4GB recommended), 250GB hard disk minimum, a VGA card above 8600GTS and HD3650...that's what balance is all about.

Do a survey and see how many people who are running on onboard graphics install newer drivers than the ones that either Windows automatically installs or ones that come with the drivers setup disc.

It would be definitely less than 5%
