    e-Studio 181 is oudated and probably Toshiba sites will not have the driver support. But you can possibly try one of their universal drivers for the 200 series.

    If you are using a direct network connection, use the Panel to configure the IP. Under ADMIN-->Network Settings ---> IP addressing mode --> select STATIC
    and keep a static address depending on what your computer has.

    If your network switch provides a dynamic address to both your notebook and the printer then instead of STATIC use DHCP setting.

    The easiest for you will be the USB connection.
