ඩොම්න් කොන්ට්රොලර් එකක පරිඝනකයක තීන ප්රින්ටර් එකක් තව වින්ඩොස් 7 64 බිට් පීසී එකකට ඈඩ් කරන්න යනකොට ඔය පහල තීන එරර් එක එනව. ගොඩ දාගන්න විදියක් දන්න කෙනෙක් කියනවද?

Looks like a driver permissions issue. Check the GPO Point & Print restrictions.
Are you able to successfully add the printer to a 32 bit machine?

Even if not placed in the domain you cannot get this error. Will request for a login authorisation.
