Pro Street Error - plz help me

I installed nfs pro street but when i start da game da screen goes black and dis error occurs :

"unable to find technipue skid in shader fx\worlddecal.efx"

can anyone help me by telling me da reason and da action i shuld take?

Here are da details of my computer.

RAM 512MB
VGA 128MB ATI Radeon 9200 series separate
Processor 2.6 GHz

I'm not sure your VGA is supported :/

I am using this card since 1 years and it has disappointed me for the first time with its Pixel shader. Reason of disappointment is that it cant run NFS ProStreet. I Played Need For Speed whole series throughout but now I cant play PROSTREET. I bought the CD but its useless yet because of error message at the start PIXEL SHADER 2.0 not found. Nevermind, This card has good performance uptil now. Still Most of the games can be played with it.

Very sad to see there is no Pixel Shader 2.0
