Problem. How to install a dialog satellite TV

boys (and girls, I donno),
Few days back I bought dialog per day TV connection. but unit needs to be installed by our selves. I did, but signal strength shows 20% and quality 0%
Did everything says in the manual and donno what else to do.
has anybody done this before ?
what are the steps ? just wanna know if I miss anything.

do the slight changes to the directions and see whether there is any improvements. normally 60% minimum signal needed. when the sky is cloudy signal doesn't come.
