Problem wit My pc???? i need da help to solve this

my pc is
Dual core 2.0mhz
intel motherboard
256MbVga n vidia
160 sata hard
80gb sata hard attached
1GB + 1Gb kingston DDr2 rams
DVD combo


problem is i have to install windows xp frequently
due to

boot time takes longer
start up is slow
it takes time to load the desktop items
takes longer time to open my computer or a programe(firefox or internet)

i have tried insatlling n formatting my pc many times it doesnt seem to work

plz help me out

Also from time to time defragment your hard disk.As for your increased start up time go to msconfig and remove all unused programes from your start up.Also this may be due to the type of xp cd you are using.Dont use any xp disk which installs a lot of third party softwares during the installation.(eg xp pirate edition,xp black edition)
