Processor problem

The problem is that when I use my pc suddenly the display goes off, but the cpu is working, but I can see the processor fan gets off. Does that mean the processor stops working? Most of the time this happens when I start the pc also. But when I try several times it starts and comes to the desktop.

I wanna know that is it a problem in the processor?

Most of the time it doesn't work but when I try several times it works and comes to the desktop. And when I am using the pc suddenly the monitor gets off, but all other fans inside the cpu works except for the processor fan

Awrudu ganakin service karala na ban. mamath hithuwa issaramama kare ram eka galawala gahapu eka ethakota elakiri wata wada kara. service karalama balanna one.

yup it can. there can be layers of dust in the psu because I did not service it in years.
