    hodata kaapan, bulk karanna ona nam protein wadiyen thiyena kaama kaapan.. fat eka nam aduwen thiyena kaama kaapan naththam passe kaaleka wala madulak wage wei ube aga.

    3 mnths sellam karala passe amaino ekak gahapan. hodata wathura beepan.
