Proof that M$(microsoft) doesn't clean up

I've told many people that MS keeps a heap of old discarded lines of code and unused files and functions in their OSes, mostly originated from earlier versions of windows and other software they make. A few believed me, even I wasn't sure of it after a few years but now here comes some proof.

its a game from MS, made in 1999. And its been on their servers for 10 years
