PST file recovery???

Hello Guys...

Once again its me...humbly requesting your help!
I have backed up my mail in MS Outlook in PST format. But now when I try to restore my mail using the backup, it says file is corrupt.

Is there any way or any software I can use to repair this file?

PLEASE HELP!!! I HAVE VERY IMPORTANT EMAILS IN THAT FILE.

Launch Scanpst.exe which is either located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\LocaleID\scanpst.exe or C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12 (this is where mine is)

Open the PST file and repair. I don't have any experience with this. Make a copy of the PST file before you try to repair it in case it screws up further.
