If a local goes to home (eg our workers in ME, mostly remote rural places) how can they obtain PCR in 10 days .
How they would get the test and how they would travel to get such a test only restricted to few places.
Once they obtain test till result they need to quarantine?
at home. do they have such space as their homes are small and that was the reason they went abroad.
Not a practical solution to them through would suit Colombo crowd returning from UK or US.
