RAM problem....Need your help urgently!!!!

Hi guys....

Im having a big problem with my RAM....i hv installed 2 * 2GB DDR2 800MHZ RAMs in my PC......but the problem is ..its showing only 3.25 GB usable (i have attached a pic also).....following r my specs...

Core 2 Duo 2.93 GHZ Processor
Foxconn G31MX-K 2.0 MOBO
9400GT 512 MB VGA
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 32Bit

Please guys help me to increase the memory usable.....

you'll have to use 64bit OS to use whole 4GB
