I don't think so, this is a multi billion dollar problem.

US economy is riding AI bubble, they won't allow this bubble to be popped, they will take whatever the measures to stop AI bubble from poppling. So I don' think we will ever see price reduction of new RAM, SSD, or Graphic cards.
However, in a few years, the market will be flooded with used RAM, SSD, AI accelerator cards.
