i dnt think you really need fans for ram. just get something that has heatsinks. eg. g skill ripjaws x. the simple idea of ram overclocking means altering the stock memory frequency, timing, voltage , etc of a ram to a higher value. normally effects your desktop usage and file operations and you wudnt see any noticeable higher frame rates in games. i just gave you the simple idea.
