Cleaning is easy... Decryption is another story. Mostly impossible.
LEZP uses AES-256 cyphers and not easily decrypted.
Some say that there's a chance that large media files >2GB are not really being encrypted but only changes the file extension. So changing it back will make the file playable.
Also LEZP encrypts the first 150kb of MP3 files and supposedly some media players like WinAmp can still play it. Maybe you can check these.
Try using Shadow Explorer to check whether you have any old volume copies.
You can also try the EmsiSoft Decrypter from
https://www.emsisoft.com/ransomware-decryption-tools/download/stop-djvu
Otherwise if you don't have a backup then good bye to the data..

Forget even backing it up. Pointless.
FYI, I mentioned that it uses AES-256 encryption. On average, to brute-force attack AES-256, one would need to try 2^255 keys. (This is the total size of the key space divided by 2, because on average, you’ll find the answer after searching half the key space.)
So the time taken to perform this attack, measured in years, will be several trillion years. Forget it.
(Unless Quantum computing takes ahead with leaps& bounds this is NOT possible)
