US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not implicate any party in Sri Lanka during her speech at the UN Security Council on Wednesday when she made a reference to Sri Lanka, the US Ambassador in Sri Lanka Patricia Butenis said today. The comment by Clinton drew controversy in Sri Lanka.
