Rapget 1.35 has some fixes for Rapidshare but I won't be able to try it for a few hours so I can't say if it works or not. I do know that 1.34a and 1.34b did not work for me so I'm not expecting much even though 1.33 worked for almost a month. So your basically on your own. *If it fails to do the job choose another method and try again!
*Once Exiting the program, that programs GUI won't show again! The entire process will be done in background,
to make the GUI reappear get into the USDownloader dir and delete the file 'Reconnect.cfg'
* Internet-Connection Should be ON before the Reconnector runs!
* If none of the methods work for you, remove the checkmark inside the USDownloader Options->Scheduler, so that
it won't load again.

However, if you can't make it work and you are a dial-up user you can try the following method:
(There is a prepared 'SET - Reconnector.bat' file which you can use, right click-> edit ! then just to stage 2 below!)
- open a text file anywhere, and edit it adding the following information:

or something like that while trying to automatically record a macro because it hooks into
windows keys/mouse sends in order to record whatever it is that the user does.

Just thought that making a macro might be troubling to some people so I've made a DEMO - MACRO
just to show you how it should be done / formed !
*Because the macro recording is based on exact pixels i didn't made a record but made a Macro'Send,
which sends keys directly into windows.

to the next input box by sending another TAB key! Now it'll write the given password and press ENTER.

ATTENTION EVERYBODY:

For those of u facing problem with USD......I'll clearly explain what the problem is. There are mainly two problems:
1. Captcha decryption. Most of the times captcha decryption is correct. But a few times (maybe 10-20%) the decryption is wrong n yet it shows us that decryption is correct. A minor problem though.
2. The bigger problem however is that rapidshare has imposed some restrictions on the selection of servers that we use to download. For eg... Lets say I'm downloading from rapidshare using my browser (firefox). After I click 'free' in the first page, this page is displayed.

I've entered the code as it is (smxc) (not case-sensitive). The server that rapidshare allows me to download in this case is Level(3) #2 (Download via Level(3) #2 as seen in the pic). Once I click "Download via Level(3) #2" my download begins. However if I select any server other than Level(3) #2 (in this case) I'm redirected to the main page where it asks me to choose between "Premium" & "Free". Earlier we could have chosen any server that we wanted but now we need to download a given file in only that particular server. This is the problem that v r facing. In case of USD, we select a server beforehand using "RS Server Switch". This is d reason why we are not able to download files using USD. May b this problem can b solved if instead of "RS Server Switch" USD downloads files from the default rapidshare servers (which changes every time for every file). Do check it n let me know if anyone else has this same problem. I'm sure about this. Let us c.........

Just to make sure that everybody understand bridged mode & PPOE connection.
When You go in BRIDGED mode (192.168.X.X, ADMIN,ADMIN, BASIC, WAN, from pool down menu you choose BRIDGED (or PURE BRIDGE) (all of this is a little different from router to router !), You will loose Internet, and your router is not any more a router, if I may say so, it is then something like a dialup modem, figuratively speaking.
And then You must create standard dialup connection with Your USER & PASSWORD, that Your Internet provider should give to You (NOTE: this is NOT Your mail user & pass!)

About this picture:

-"Your local area connection" is (usually) Local Area Connection ( the connection in NETWORK CONNECTIONS) , that is connected to router. Your onboard LAN or something like that.
- "Dial-up connection " is the name of Your just created PPOE connection. In my case TELEKOM ADSL.
-"Login name", it's clear, login name that Your provider gave You (not all the providers give that user & pass by default, sometimes You have to ASK for it!)
- "Password" , of course the password that Your provider gave You.
-left, you check the dial-up (in my case!)
-Sleep: in seconds, 2-5 is usually ok (it's the time for how long it will be disconnected until it connect again.)

Of course, in USD, under "scheduler" You check "use scheduler" and then You point it to the "reconnect.exe" on Your hard drive USD installation directory. (You can put, "after a file is downloaded" or just give it a try, and see what suit You the most)
And yes, test how it works with 2-3 Mb files, just not to wait too long for download...

This tool has an absolute new method to encrypt the actual RS-Captchas.
It´s not based on "AntiCaptcha" which has some problems with dynamic
Captchas.

This tool recognizes the following RS-Captchas:
(These are used since 24.02.2008 by RS for the "Random-Captchas")

The tool is very easy to use (but it´s in German only!)
For the reconnect after your download is finished, you have to
use the tool "Router-Reconnect". This tool allows you to create a
reconnect-routine (Batch-File) for the most popular routers.

Now start the "curl_router_reconnect.exe".
You´ll see this screen:

Step 2 to choose your Router (if it´s not listed, it will not work)

Then set your Router IP-Address, your username and password.

And final step is to create the "reconnect-batch-file"
Just choose the format (unicode for Windows) and hit the "create-button".

The tool creates a subfolder called "Router".
There are to files in there:

1.curl.exe
2.router_reconnect.bat

copy those into the RSD-folder and run RSD.
Choose the created "router_reconnect.bat" in the Options/Einstellung menu.

It´s done.Now RSD uses the router_reconnect.bat for the reconnect after each download.
