yea there are so many sites that do this. since i have used rapidshare premium accounts before, its a pain to go n paste da link n wait for another n then download. n there should be a limit for the number of links per day also i think.

1st of all u have to go to this site http://www.premiumdl.com/ n paste the rapidshare download link of your choice n then they will download that file to their servers. within a couple of minutes a link will apear n u jst have to click the link then the download starts , that's all it's soo simple
