try to do these steps before Downloading a File...Secialy Big Files Like Films...
1.Select a trused source(a site etc)
2.See whether there r Screen Shots...(otherwise how do u know the quality of the file..)
3.See for pass words if they r passsword protected..and Copy paste the pass word to a text Document First..and save it..
4.Additionally...see for Comments of the downloaders...
