I'm new to EK.at the beginning i need a help frm u....

there's a problem with my MP3.it's nt working when i connect it to the USB.
so I can't transfer any songs to it......
Hw can i solve the problem....???

you mean you cannot lay any mp3 file when it is in the pen drive right?
and you cannot tranfer any kind of file to USB or only mp3 files having the issue ?

i already installed the software.........
but it's nt working n cn't trnfr any files to MP3 player through usb drive
