Red dot tours was a great company before they merged with Sri Lanka in style. Now the operation is bit messy as the merging with Sri Lanka in style didnt go well with the staff. Most of the Red Dot senior staff left the company due to the same matter. Anyways think twice before join. Good luck with your career.
PS: I'm a hotelier working with Red Dot & Srilanaka in style for more than 7 years.
