I've never had to claim warranty so don't know how that goes.Some of the experiences I've had :Brought a MSI laptop from them and when I took it home, the power cable was missing. Called them and they asked to come the next day to collect it. I went there the next day and got it as promised.The same laptop, the same day I was upgrading the RAM from 4 to 8GB. While they were inserting the RAM, the laptops outer cover had scratched. It was a minor scratch you can't even see and I didn't notice it. The guy at the counter told me that it got scratched by them before I even knew offered to deduce Rs. 1000 from my bill. I really appreciate their honesty in this incident. Things I don't like:They will try to market whatever product they have as "worlds best". In most cases their brands are top of the line but no one can say a particular brand is "the best". I guess its marketing but it annoys me.Several times I found that whatever was listed as in stock was out of stock when I actually went to the store.Overall, for me they are a good PC parts store and I will keep buying from them and would recommend them to anyone I know. 8/10 .</blockquote>
