Biththi rough karanawa cinemas wala. Then the sound won't get reflected.

And sometimes they have two walls with a vacuum in between. Then the sound won't go out and vice versa.

Main technique is making the walls rough. Go to a cinema and see the walls

and also making the roof like a curve decreases the echo..

keeping bigger objects like flower pots.. keeping chairs in a curve design also does the same.
