The air force said that the aircraft wreckage which was recovered closer to the LTTE’s 6th airstrip in the east of Iranamadu tank on Sunday belonged to them. The aircraft had crashed into the area several years ago.

thats a Sri Lanka air force plane which crash landed in the late 1980's... not a LTTE plane
