All the System Restore points can be cleared by disabling and enabling the System Restore option. This is discussed here. However, Windows XP provides an option to clear all the System Restore points except the very recently created point. This can be accomplished through the Disk Cleanup Utility in XP.

* Click Start, Run and type CLEANMGR and press Enter
* Select the hard disk partition and press OK
* At the top of the dialog, click the tab More Options
* Under System Restore section, click the button "Clean up..."

But u Have Missed A Point There...Which Is The most Important Actually...that is....Do Not Ever Clear Restore Points before Upgrading ur Virus Guard And Runing A Scan And Making sure that ur System Is Virus Free....:D

Before Making a Restore Point the System should be Virus Free and maintained Well....Got that Correct...???:D....

U delete the Restore Points Only After Making Sure That The System Is in Best Condition And...After Deleting All Restore Points U can make A Restore Point.....But After A Scan The System Automatically Makes A Restore Point...:D

It's Different Bro...It is Disk Cleaning....Here We r Talking Clearing the Restore Points In The System...:D....Sometimes They Can Be Infected by Viruses And cannot be Healed By Virus Guards Either...But they Don't Harm The System...But We Can Simply Clean Them By Deleting The Restore Points...:D...That Works...:D...
