A report on the war in Sri Lanka prepared by the US State Department which was to be presented to the US Congress yesterday was not handed over as scheduled as the State Department is still working on the document, US officials said.
Meanwhile when asked at the daily State Department press briefing yesterday to comment on the report State Department spokesman Ian Kelly said he did not have specific details on it.
