Reset frogetten passwords on windowsXP


What do you need first

  • ->2 administrator privilege accounts
  • ->Windows XP,XP SP1,SP2 one of an Operator System
Method
  • log in to another one's account
  • go to the Start->RUN
  • Type= cmd
  • on command prompt type = net user or net users
  • then see the user's name which you want to change the password
  • on command prompt type = net user username *
  • then type your desire password
  • again type the same one
  • type exit
  • reboot your pc ,when you on logon screen
  • type the password that you typed on command prompt

    Why bother with all that if you have Administrator access ?
    Use the Manage Computer Snap in, expand the local users, right click on the user name and select set password.

    You can reset the other one's password .!
