With effect from 7th April 2015, all pre-paid customers will receive 25% of their local call value as bonus credit. For example, if you make a call to the value of Rs. 10, you will receive Rs. 2.50 as bonus credit.

Q: Is this valid only for pre-paid subscribers, what about post-paid subscribers and hybrid packages?

A: This facility is only available for pre-paid mobile users.

Q: How long is this offer valid for?

A: There is no validity period set at this moment. There will be advance notification to customers prior to withdrawal of the offer

Q: This bonus facility is only available for local calls?

A: Yes, it is applicable to any local call you make to any network. This is not available for IDD calls, data or SMS.

Q: What is the validity period of the Bonus given?

A : The bonus amount will be valid for the period equal to the validity period of the customer’s account balance
