Recently I heard that now sexually transmitted diseases are high among school going age. A significant amount of school going age individuals are said to be already infected with HIV as well.
It's human that they get an attraction towards opposite sex in that age. My point is, these young couples DO NOT HAVE parks or any other similar opportunities. THEREFORE THEY GO TO ROOMS in the first instance.
See, the amount of ROOMS available in your environment. These ROOMS do survive because they do have enough business.
I'm not saying that an adult male going into a ROOM with a female is an offence. However, first, they should be ADULTS. The second thing is, they should have other alternatives to going to ROOMS.

what's wrong with rooms ? are u saying they get infected with hiv because of the rooms ? it's their responsibility to use condoms or such other methods to protect themselves if they really care about their health. are u suggesting that we should ban rooms altogether and start having sex on the street like stray dogs ?

I heard that in countries like Haiti, the HIV infected rate is almost 90 percent. Have to act fast before Sri Lanka also becomes another Haiti
